Textured / Crackle Finish Installation Recommendation: is to install the tile on the wall, seal, then grout. If working in an enclosed area use 511 H2O Plus which is a water based penetrating sealer with no VOC issues (chemical based rather than water based not safe in enclosed areas). If there is more air flow regular 511 or any penetrating sealer is fine.
